I graduated from Monash University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Nursing and have since accumulated extensive experience across different nursing disciplines.

Throughout my career, I have worked in Mental Health, Training and Assessment, and Case Management, gaining invaluable skills and insights into patient care and management. However, my primary focus and passion have been in Aged Care, where I have held positions such as Nurse In charge and Clinical Care Coordinator.

My journey took an innovative turn when I became an AN-ACC Assessor during the inception of the Shadow Period. This role allowed me to delve deeply into the AN-ACC funding tool, where I discovered critical gaps that were affecting facility funding. Witnessing the hard work of facility staff juxtaposed with missed opportunities for funding inspired the creation of Principle Care Solutions.
